Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Process shipments and manage inventory logs using our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
