Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse operations through proper stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software (SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
