Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently from trucks and trailers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Organize inventory accurately within the warehouse to ensure proper stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Conduct inventory counts and perform cycle counts as directed by management.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris regularly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Package and label merchandise for shipping using appropriate materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
