Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
