Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in order fulfillment, picking, and packing processes with speed and accuracy.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled facility).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
