Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the staging area.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies in inventory or shipping logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for using scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
