Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling and safety requirements are met.
- Material Handling: Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas to maximize efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid ID and proof of address required upon hire.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
