Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
- Pack goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided upon hiring).
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
