Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight for distribution using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in general maintenance of equipment and facility grounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
