Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
