Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse aisles.
- Package items securely and prepare shipping labels for outbound orders.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure product integrity and safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning equipment and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
