Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software to track orders and shipments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available for full-time hours including weekends and holidays.
