Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain detailed logs of inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
