As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management systems.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management software (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 100% accuracy and meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock counts in the system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
