Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using forklifts when certified
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn RF scanner systems
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street facility
