Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently to and from the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for carrier delivery.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming goods before processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
