Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and weight distribution techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
