Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory using conveyor belts and manual handling equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations and quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
