Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves to ensure optimal workflow.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including label preparation and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and follow standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
