Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise with high accuracy to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from the warehouse floor and packaging them for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse floor to optimize workflow and reduce hazards.
- Shift Support: Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a smooth transition during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for warehouse driving duties.
