Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and handle inventory with care and precision.
- Adaptability: Assist in various departments as needed to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Availability: Must be available for Immediate Openings and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Driving: Valid Driver's License preferred.
