Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
