Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Accurately prepare and package products for domestic and international shipment using proper packaging materials and methods.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels match system data.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient order fulfillment during peak times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and communicating with supervisors.
