Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Prepare and package products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor dock work).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
