Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks and cargo containers.
- Conduct inventory checks and organize warehouse stock to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
