Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Manage the rapid movement of cargo ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a vehicle for commuting.
