Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders and prepare packages for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organized storage areas to prevent shrinkage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
