As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to help drive business decisions. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about uncovering insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain complex databases and data models to support business operations.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations (dashboards, reports) using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver reports, and support operational improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and perform ad-hoc analysis to support marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
