Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for 2026, focusing on AI integration, automation, and digital transformation.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness) and determine their applicability to our product suite.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a high-performance team of strategists, data scientists, and product managers to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic plans to C-level executives and board members, securing buy-in for major investments and initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and potential threats to our market position.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype and test next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and current Generative AI capabilities.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and successfully delivering on complex strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
