Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech: blockchain, IoT, and neuromorphic computing
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and German preferred
- Must hold current US security clearance
