Your Mission
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical application, setting the course for our next-generation products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership to prioritize features that will define the user experience in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI product roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and generative models.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure funding and strategic partnerships for future innovations.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging AI trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Oversee the lifecycle of our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Data Science, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning, with a specific focus on 2026-era capabilities.
- Proven track record of launching complex AI products in the market.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in building and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
