- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for Nexus Horizon, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and market demands.
- Drive R&D Innovation: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge solutions, specifically focusing on AI-driven automation and next-gen interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and impact.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to identify white-space opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the Technology, Strategy, or R&D sector.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and develop forward-looking strategies (e.g., 5+ year plans).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Masterās degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on new data.
