Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 Innovations, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, designers, and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Product Innovation: Lead the end-to-end development of '2026' platform features, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-centric.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, product management, or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech stacks.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and successfully launching disruptive products.
