Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to assess viability for 2026 deployment.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless integration of future platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to the executive board and external partners.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive strategy role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future industry shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
