Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define the long-term technological and product vision for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify viable opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key tech partners, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for R&D initiatives aimed at the 2026 transition.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for investors, board members, and internal teams.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the conceptualization and launch of experimental projects (Squads/Incubators) focused on 'blue sky' technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of current and future tech stacks, including cloud architecture, machine learning, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
