Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of futurists and technical leads in exploring uncharted territories such as AGI, Quantum interfaces, and Spatial Computing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, assessing their viability and potential integration into our product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and risk-taking, encouraging teams to prototype and validate bold ideas.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with universities, research labs, and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D Management, or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing; ability to assess their practical applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align long-term technological visions with short-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives from concept to execution.
