Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research to forecast emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the industry.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and integrate futuristic technologies into our core product ecosystem.
- Establish a framework for innovation that identifies high-value opportunities for R&D investment.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future tech to ensure compliance and social responsibility.
- Mentor a team of senior strategists and tech visionaries to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, IT Management, or Product Strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in navigating organizational change and driving adoption of new paradigms.
