Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical milestones with business KPIs.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core product lines.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless 2026 deployment.
- Establish a scalable AI ethics and governance framework to guide responsible innovation.
- Build and maintain a network of industry partners, academic institutions, and technology thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Future-Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI trends, automation, and the specific technological landscape expected by 2026.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data science principles.
- Change Management: Proven track record of driving organizational change and managing complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
