Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Identify Disruptive Trends: Continuously monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies before commercialization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future technologies into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and board members.
- Future-Proofing Operations: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-ready architectures.
Qualifications
- Executive Leadership: Minimum of 10+ years in a strategic technology role, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level position.
- Tech Visionary: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and a proven track record of forecasting tech trends accurately.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align long-term technological vision with short-term business goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the software, AI, or high-tech sector is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
