Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI initiatives, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI integration.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluating their potential to disrupt our market and drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure Ethical Compliance: Implement rigorous frameworks for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage to mitigate risk and build trust.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and investors, translating data into clear business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI strategy, Machine Learning, or Software Architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI architectures, NLP, and prompt engineering; proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven history of translating technical roadmaps into actionable business strategies that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
