Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for AI integration, focusing on scalable solutions for 2026 and beyond.
- AI Development: Oversee the architecture and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to optimize internal workflows.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists, AI engineers, and product strategists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to identify high-impact opportunities for technological transformation.
- R&D Management: Drive research initiatives in predictive analytics and autonomous systems to maintain a market-leading edge.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies across all business units.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or directorial role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
