Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation challenges
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry analysis and patent landscape monitoring
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep technical fluency across multiple emerging tech domains with published research or patents
