Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from project managers
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundation work
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
Qualifications
