Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools under supervision
- Complete material inventory and equipment maintenance duties
- Participate in on-the-job training programs 4 days/week
- Document project progress and complete daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
