Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and address recurring issues.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team performance goals.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
