Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and recommending effective solutions.
- Accurately input and update customer data into our CRM systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Provide product information and process transactions such as returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in difficult situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
