Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product information, and general support in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve them to ensure high satisfaction.
- Restock merchandise and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- No prior customer service or sales experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
