Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.

- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer feedback.

Qualifications
