Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a full-time schedule.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and processes.
