- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier support.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the system for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices with the team to foster a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
